Erica graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Foreign Language and Literaure. She began working along side her father in 2003 to learn about real estate and become involved in the day to day responsibilities of running a business. Erica grew up in Irondequoit and now owns a home just up the street from where she lived as a child. She learned to appreciate the beauty of old homes and the unique qualities of Irondequoit and Rochester at a very young age.

Erica earned her Broker license in 2005 and is a REALTOR registered with the National Association of REALTORS. She enjoys helping friends, family, and clients find the home that best suits their needs and tastes. She has worked with many wonderful people that she met while they were searching for a new home. Erica enjoys helping clients through the home buying and selling process as it can be a stressful situation. Easing the minds of clients is one of a Realtor’s biggest responsibilities.
