Born in Rochester, New York Mercedes is the youngest of three children. She attended Monroe Community College and Rochester Institute of Technology majoring in Telecommunications and Information Technology. She developed a passion for homes when she moved into the Maplewood section of the city. "If you haven't driven down Seneca Park Way, you're in for an experience".

She belongs to several non-profit organizations , is actively involved in her son's academics and enjoy being a " soccer" mom. Her ten years of sales experiences provides a proven record of success. Her attention to detail and passion to meet and exceed client expectations set her apart.
