Nancy has been an Irondequoit resident since 1969 and has raised four children here. She and her husband chose to move here from California, where he was stationed in the Air Force, because they both attended college in the Rochester area. Also, their families were only a two hour drive away. They found Rochester to be a beautiful city with many cultural advantages.

Nancy graduated from Nazareth College with a B.A. in Liberal Arts; a major in French and a minor in Spanish. Her first career was teaching, and in 1981 she made the transition to Real Estate. Since that time she has become an Associate Broker, earned her GRI (graduate, Realtor Institute), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Celebrating 25 years in real estate, Nancy is committed to excellence in her profession! She is a member and past President of the Irondequoit Council of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. For 13 years she was Director of the Contemporary Music Group of St. Margaret Mary Church and was involved in Girl Scouts as leader when raising her daughters.

Nancy is now enjoying her eight beautiful grandchildren! She still loves helping people find their dream house, whether they are first time buyers or empty-nesters.

“It is especially gratifying to have the children of my former clients come to me for their housing needs! Call me, I'd love to help you too!”

Eileen and Steve have lived in Irondequoit for thirty years and raised six children. Eileen was born and raised in Irondquoit and graduated from Irondequoit High School and the University of Rochester. Steve moved to Irondequoit at age 13 and met Eileen while in college. Eileen assisted her parents at an early age while her parents were selling Real Estate. And, she followed her brother, Steve Walther’s growing Real Estate business for many years until she decided to join the firm.

Steve also compliments his Real Estate position as a mortgage consultant with Flaherty Funding; he truly has a mind for numbers and his easy going disposition serves his clients well!

Both Steve and Eileen have been involved in school functions and know Irondequoit well through all their experiences with their six children and friends. They continue to love the community for its diversity, easy accessibility to cultural, sporting and outdoor recreational venues. Two of their children have already bought homes in Irondequoit and are proud to call it home.

Bio: Richard came to Irondequoit in 1954 when his parents bought a Schantz built home off Cooper Road. He spent some time out of the area living in Brockport while serving in the Marine Corps. Since then he has owned homes in several locations in Irondequoit.

Richard is a strong supporter of high school athletics both as an observer and participant. While in Brockport he served as Treasurer of the Booster Club and spent many hours in the concession stand. Currently he can be seen cheering for his two grandchildren during karting season. Both grandkids rank in the top 10 nationally in the World Karting Association.

Richard is back in Irondequoit working with WALTHER REALTORS after retiring from Eastman Kodak after 32 years. He worked in manufacturing where he held several different positions: Special Assignments, Industrial Training and health, safety and environmental issues for divisional management. His overall focus was making the work place operate smoother and safer by creating operational teams and introducing them to World Class Manufacturing techniques. In the 1990’s Richard was part of a group dedicated to identifying and reducing emissions created during the manufacturing process.

Richard chose to work with WALTHER REALTORS because of the support Steve, Agents and Staff show in making Irondequoit the place you want to live. He looks forward to helping members of the community with the buying and selling of homes!
